These terms govern the ttnsports.app marketing site only. When the product launches, a separate Terms of Service will govern paid use. By submitting the early-access form you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.
Nothing here is financial advice
ttnSports publishes model-driven sports predictions for research, education, and personal interest. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to wager, invest, or otherwise commit money. Past calibration of any model is not a guarantee of future performance.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, design, model outputs, brand marks — is owned by ttnSports or its licensors. You may share and link to public pages; you may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
Liability
We provide the marketing site as-is. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the marketing site is limited to the amount you have paid us (zero, for a free coming-soon site).

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at this URL. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
